Membership packages

Membership is a vital source of income to Ludlow RFC and provides an excellent opportunity for the community to show
support for their local Club. Although membership subscription remains an important income for the Club, we recognise
that current economic pressures can be difficult at this time and affected many people in many different ways.
The Club have therefore capped the membership fees at the 2023/24 levels.

As a community club, we obviously want as many participants as possible and would not like anyone to walk away because
of their financial situation. Contact the membership secretary if you want to discuss your membership.

All memberships are valid from 1st June to 31st May annually

VP Membership – £100 per year

  • 5% discount at bar
  • A free VP’s Day Lunch
  • Membership card including fixture list
  • An opportunity to buy International tickets
  • Entry into the 100 Club draws
  • 15% discount on Clubhouse hire
  • The right to vote at Special Meetings
  • Acknowledgement in the Club Programme
  • Club newsletter ‘In Touch’

Mini & Juniors Membership

  • £40 for parent/guardian to become a member
  • £155 for family membership (2 children + parent/guardian)
  • Coaching each Sunday and fixtures when possible
  • Free meal for children after playing on Sunday
  • 5% discount at bar
  • Membership card including 1st team fixture list
  • 10% discount on Clubhouse hire
  • Club newsletter ‘In Touch’
  • The right to vote at Special Meetings for parent/guardian
  • Entry into the 100 Club draws for an additional £15
